What is breaking?
Breaking is a street dance born in the Bronx, New York, in the 1970s, and one of the original elements of hip hop culture. It mixes rhythm, acrobatics and creativity, and debuted as an Olympic discipline at Paris 2024.
Who is it for?
Kids from 5, teens and adults. Our current group ranges from 9 to over 70 years old. Classes are taught in Catalan and Spanish.
What you'll learn
Breaking foundations (toprock, footwork and freezes), more advanced moves as you progress, and the history and values of hip hop culture.
Teachers
Classes are taught by bboy Jan and bboy Toolz, dancers from Terrassa Breaking with years of experience in the scene.
